Data Driven UX Designer Wanted!

We are looking for an up and coming ux design superstar to join our innovative, fast paced and food obsessed team. This role is integral to the continual growth we are experiencing and will be accountable for taking our user experience and onsite conversion rate to the next level.

We are a rapidly growing fintech helping Australians save money. We operate several comparison websites and have doubled in revenue year on year over the past five years. Our websites receive over a million visits a month and we are in a constant state of innovation of insights, marketing, service and offerings.

The things you should have:

If you are interested or experienced in marketing, ux design, data science, and relish the prospect to test your ideas in an agile environment, this could be the role for you. You should have:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with both a creative and analytical mind.
  • Excellent project & time management skills.
  • A love for user focused design.
  • Comfort with manipulating and analysing data to improve user experience.

Bonus points if you:

  • Have an existing portfolio we can check out.
  • Have at least 1 year experience and/or a degree/certificate in the ux or data science field.
  • Have done conversion rate optimisation and a/b testing before.

You will have the support of one of the more experienced members of the team, training you in data analysis, conversion rate optimisation, and ux design.

Some of the things you’ll be working on:

  • Landing page design and testing.
  • Lead funnel analysis and optimisation.
  • Cross device testing and process improvement.
